About

I am a Dutch filmmaker based in both the Netherlands and the UK. After finishing my BA in Audiovisual Media at the Utrecht School of the Arts, I continued to do my MA in Filmmaking at the Northern Film School in Leeds, where I graduated in 2015 with a distinction. I focussed on both directing and producing and worked on many projects both inside and outside of the Film School. I did my on-set internships on two Dutch feature films as a video assistant (“Achtste Groepers Huilen Niet” and “Oom Henk.”) I also spent three months as an intern at the Bureau Film Company in London where I gained much more production experience. Throughout the years I took part in short courses at the London Film School, worked as a freelancer making promotional videos and set up a two-week summer course called “Directing for Beginners” at the Utrecht Summer School.

I am currently working as a production coordinator at the Northern Film School as well as a freelancer directing / producing film content. I’m currently in post-production of my new short film Candy Floss and developing new scripts and films.

I’m always open for new challenges in the field of film and TV. Feel free to contact me for more information.
